Description
Droppabilly would be a touch-device-friendly drag and drop library. There's no good solution out there. [Draggabilly](http://draggabilly.desandro.com) is a nice touch-friendly draggable library, but you can't drop stuff. jQuery UI has its [Droppable widget](https://jqueryui.com/droppable/), but touch-support requires add-ons.
### Features
- touch device support - iOS, Android, MS Surface
- droppable zones
- sortable layouts? like [jQuery UI Sortable](https://jqueryui.com/sortable/)

Research direction
The issue provides no repository files, tests, or entry points to start from. Review the Draggabilly, jQuery UI Droppable, and jQuery UI Sortable references, then clarify which touch devices and features are in scope. Done would require an agreed implementation scope and acceptance criteria for touch support, droppable zones, and sortable layouts.
