standby function with sticky footer

Hi I have a sticky footer at the bottom of my page, I use infinite scroll which is working like a charm.

But I cannot reach the footer, as every time I scroll down it is adding more products, I don't want to use the load more button, as I want to keep the flow of the page

Any suggestion on how to achieve this?
