Metabase MCP connected to ChatGPT only works with Business/Enterprise ChatGPT (OpenAI) Accounts

**What problem will this feature request solve?**
Metabase MCP connected to ChatGPT is only available for ChatGPT Business and Enterprise Accounts. For other LLM providers, it works with multiple account levels including non-business accounts.

Message in ChatGPT says: `Disabled by Admin` but it is actually just not available without a Business or Enterprise Account.

Enable the MCP for non-Business/Enterprise Accounts like Pro accounts

Unable to use Metabase MCP in Pro ChatGPT accounts

- Metabase Engineering team is aware and working on a solution with OpenAI
