## Description of the bug
Metabot reported that it created a new saved question with a title, but no new saved question was actually created.
Relevant context: a [question]() and a [conversation]() were provided.
## Reproduction steps
1. Ask Metabot to create a new saved question with a title.
2. Observe Metabot reporting that the saved question was created.
3. Check for the new saved question.
## Expected behavior
When Metabot says it created a new saved question with a title, the saved question should actually exist.
