Ability to customize pin map markers for color, size mark label etc.

**What problem will this feature request solve?**
I need the ability to customize the marker size, color and mouse-over label

**Describe the solution you'd like.**
Currently in the map configuration there are four parameters: Map Type, Pin Type, Latitude and Longitude. I would like to add parameters here, if Pin Type = "Markers", to adjust and/or assign fields to attributes like the size of the marker, the type of marker (i.e. circle, triangle etc), the color of the marker as well as the marker mouse-over label.

**How does this feature request impact you?**
It may allow me to stop using Superset which would be great.

Superset can currently do this.

Start with the map configuration and the Markers pin type described in the issue. Determine how marker size, shape, color, and mouse-over label could be represented as configurable fields, then verify that each setting changes the rendered map marker as expected.
