Description

**What problem will this feature request solve?**
When a new user account is created in Metabase, the email invite is sent with a fixed, default content.
White-labeling customers needs this to be customized so it matches their own brand (logo, colors, and messaging).

**Describe the solution you'd like.**
Allow admins to customize the email invites sent when user accounts are created.

**How does this feature request impact you?**
Important for customers who want to establish a consistent brand experience during onboarding.
