Description
For both data access perms as well as collection perms, it would be useful to be able to set the access level for all groups in a row simultaneously, especially for collections, since they default to No Access. If you have a lot of groups, and you want all of them to be able to view a collection, it's tedious to have to set them all one by one.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing data-access and collection permission controls, then trace how one group's access level is saved. Done means a single action can set the selected access level for all groups in both permission areas, especially collections.
