Ability to set permissions for all groups in a row

For both data access perms as well as collection perms, it would be useful to be able to set the access level for all groups in a row simultaneously, especially for collections, since they default to No Access. If you have a lot of groups, and you want all of them to be able to view a collection, it's tedious to have to set them all one by one.
