Description

I think this is primarily a vestigial field from Metabase's multitenant ancestor. We don't use it in many places, and it's another thing people have to think about when signing up. Could we make it optional, and possibly bury it in the settings page?

Research direction

Start by locating the setup form and references to the “Your company or team name” field. Trace where the value is collected and displayed, then define done as making it optional or removing it from setup, with the chosen behavior reflected consistently in the relevant interface.
