Description
Hello I have make this for libsoup-3.0 (3.0.7)
`[wrap-file]
directory = libsoup-3.0.7
source_url = https://download.gnome.org/sources/libsoup/3.0/libsoup-3.0.7.tar.xz
source_filename = libsoup-3.0.7.tar.xz
source_hash = ebdf90cf3599c11acbb6818a9d9e3fc9d2c68e56eb829b93962972683e1bf7c8
[provide]
dependency_names = libsoup-3.0`
Otherwise, I have a few questions out of this:
1. can you add a VAPI file to a wrap? for example for the SDL2 wrap I cannot use it with the vapi that I have locally I have to load another one for it to work.
2. could wrapdb indicate when only one OS is supported? I also tried with the SFML vapi and this one needs the openAL which only works on windows:/
3. the libsoup wrap also asks for the libnghttp2 library is it serious? or should you also try to wear it as a wrap? :)
however I will try for libsoup-2.4 if I can wrap it that would be great!

Research direction
Start with the issue body and its [wrap-file] example, then review how the SDL2 and SFML wraps handle VAPI files, platform support, and dependencies. Done would require a decided scope for VAPI inclusion, OS-support indicators, and whether libnghttp2 should be wrapped; no specific repository file or test is named.
