### Sync CI/CD workflows including but not limited to:
- [x] Update Mesa Examples [.precommit](https://github.com/projectmesa/mesa-examples/blob/main/.pre-commit-config.yaml) sync with Mesa as appropriate
- [ ] Update Mesa Examples [pyproject](https://github.com/projectmesa/mesa-examples/blob/main/pyproject.toml) sync with Mesa as appropriate, ensure tests against github repo
- [ ] Add codecov and spelling ignore
- [ ] Add coderabbit

### Update examples including but not limited to
- [ ] Make all examples compatible with 3.2
- [ ] Ensure readme and instructions consistent with 3.2
- [ ] Ensure READMEs consistent as appropriate
