GIS examples are broken on latest Mesa

I'm not sure exactly what update triggered this, but `SolaraViz` no longer takes the list of components as the second argument, which broke the GIS examples. Should be a pretty easy fix, just updating the argument list to have an explicit `components=`.

Locate the GIS example files that call SolaraViz and inspect how the components list is passed as its second argument. Update those calls to use the explicit components= argument, then run the affected GIS examples to confirm they load without errors.
