Fix: Replace deprecated ViewPropTypes from react-native with the deprecate-react-native-prop-types library

Today I used patch-package to patch react-native-snap-carousel@3.9.1 for the project I'm working on.

Here is the diff that solved my problem:

This issue body was partially generated by patch-package.

Start with src/carousel/Carousel.js, src/pagination/Pagination.js, src/pagination/PaginationDot.js, and src/parallaximage/ParallaxImage.js, where the issue provides the replacement diff. Check how these files currently import ViewPropTypes and update them to use deprecated-react-native-prop-types. Done means the deprecated react-native imports are replaced consistently in all four files and the dependency is available to the project.
