Fix: ViewPropTypes will be removed from React Native. Migrate to ViewPropTypes exported from 'deprecated-react-native-prop-types

Today I used patch-package to patch react-native-snap-carousel@3.9.1 for the project I'm working on.

replace the code to solve my problem in React Native 0.69.6 to import the 'deprecated-react-native-prop-types'

This issue body was partially generated by patch-package.

Review Carousel.js, Pagination.js, PaginationDot.js, and ParallaxImage.js, starting with their current ViewPropTypes imports and the React Native 0.69.6 compatibility concern. The change is complete when these files use ViewPropTypes from deprecated-react-native-prop-types rather than react-native and the package works without the removal warning.
