ViewPropTypes deprecated: temporary solution with patch-package that works for Expo SDK 46

Firstly, thanks for your work on this project! 🙂

Today I used patch-package to patch react-native-snap-carousel@3.9.1 for the project I'm working on.

This is a temporary solution, based on that of melvingilberto in https://github.com/meliorence/react-native-snap-carousel/issues/933. It works for Expo SDK 46.

This issue body was partially generated by patch-package.

Start with src/carousel/Carousel.js, src/pagination/Pagination.js, src/pagination/PaginationDot.js, and src/parallaximage/ParallaxImage.js, then compare their ViewPropTypes imports with the supplied patch. Verify the affected components work with Expo SDK 46 and that the deprecated prop-types package resolves the compatibility issue.
