horizontal snap does not work in react-native version 0.64, 0.65

Yes, It worked in react-native version 0.63.2 but does not work in 0.64.0, 0.65.0

1. problem occurs always in android devices

No reproducible demo, source file, or test is provided. Start by reproducing the Android-only failure with React Native 0.65.1 and react-native-snap-carousel 3.9.1, then compare it with React Native 0.63.2; done means horizontal snapping works on the reported Android versions.
