Carousel reverses direction suddenly on some devices

Not sure, might be an issue with react-native

Is the bug specific to iOS or Android? Or can it be reproduced on both platforms?

I did not try on iOS, I faced it in some Android devices

Is the bug reproductible in a production environment (not a debug one)?

react-native-snap-carousel: 3.8.4

Target Platform:
Android (9.0)

Expected Behavior

The carousel should scroll horizontally to right

Actual Behavior

It scrolls horizontally left for some slides all of a sudden

Reproducible Demo

It can only be seen in some devices so unable to reproduce

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try using the carousel component in any huawei mobile (android 9)

No file or test is named. First reproduce the carousel on Huawei devices running Android 9 with React Native 0.59 and react-native-snap-carousel 3.8.4, then compare its horizontal direction across affected slides. Done means the carousel consistently scrolls right in the reported environment.
