ViewPropTypes deprecation

Today I used patch-package to patch react-native-snap-carousel@3.9.1 for the project I'm working on.

Here is the diff that solved my problem:

This issue body was partially generated by patch-package.

Start with src/carousel/Carousel.js, src/pagination/Pagination.js, src/pagination/PaginationDot.js, and src/parallaximage/ParallaxImage.js, comparing their ViewPropTypes imports with the reported diff. Check the imports for consistency and verify that the package no longer relies on the deprecated React Native export; done means it works in a newer React Native project without patch-package.
