fix view proptypes issue by using deprecated-react-native-prop-types in latest react native

Today I used patch-package to patch react-native-snap-carousel@3.9.1 for the project I'm working on.

Here is the diff that solved my problem:

This issue body was partially generated by patch-package.

Start with Carousel.js, Pagination.js, PaginationDot.js, and ParallaxImage.js, then check the package dependency setup for compatibility with current React Native releases. Verify that the affected components build without the removed React Native prop type export and that the package remains usable in a current React Native project.
