ViewPropTypes are removed from react-native

Today I used patch-package to patch react-native-snap-carousel@3.9.1 for the project I'm working on.

Here is the diff that solved my problem:

This issue body was partially generated by patch-package.

Start with src/carousel/Carousel.js, src/pagination/Pagination.js, src/pagination/PaginationDot.js, and src/parallaximage/ParallaxImage.js, then check how their React Native imports are used. Apply the import changes shown in the issue and verify the package builds with a current React Native version where ViewPropTypes is removed.
