Currently we have a demo for Nobel Prize Winners ( https://github.com/meilisearch/demos/tree/main/src/nobel-prizes ), so we can add a dataset for nobel prize winners ( https://github.com/meilisearch/demos/blob/main/src/nobel-prizes/setup/prizes.json )
