Optimize database data representation

Suggested by @mtuchowski
Currently we store data in one table, where we have many columns of different types destined to store single value. In result in each row most of those columns remain empty (see schema here https://github.com/medikoo/dbjs-ms-sql/blob/master/lib/generate-table.js#L7-L21 ). That's not optimal space wise.
Alternative representation of that data, would be to express different types with different tables.
So at value table we would have OwnerId, Path, Stamp, ValueType, ValueId, and via ValueType we know from which table to retrieve Value (via ValueId)
