Description
See http://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/file/filesystem/#toc-filesystemurls for an explanation and an example.
They look like this filesystem:http://domain.com/path/file.ext. URI.js treats these are URNs. I don't know if the filesystem standard is actually misnaming these as URLs or it's a bug in URI.js

Research direction
Read the HTML5 filesystem URL explanation linked in the issue and inspect URI.js's URL-versus-URN classification entry point. Reproduce parsing of filesystem:http://domain.com/path/file.ext, then determine the expected classification from the filesystem URL format and add coverage for that case. Done means URI.js no longer treats the example as a URN.
