Description
Currently, symmetric wings that do not touch the symmetry plane are improperly reflected.
In the visualization script plot_wing, we assume when we mirror the wing that the mesh goes right up to the symmetry plane.
However, this is not always the case and results in weird skewed-looking views in those cases.

Research direction
Start with the visualization script and the plot_wing function mentioned in the issue. Inspect how symmetric meshes are mirrored when they do not reach the symmetry plane. Done means those wings render without the skewed appearance described in the issue; no specific test is named.
