Description

### MDN URL

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Screen_Capture_API/Element_Region_Capture

### What specific section or headline is this issue about?

'Screen Capture' implies screenshot, no?

### What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?

I thought 'Screen Capture' would include taking a static screenshot. Seems likely a variation of this example could handle it.

### What did you expect to see?

I want a static screenshot of an element, maybe it's an obvious small change to get? E.g. user clicks a screenshot button and saves an area they've sketched on via the download UI. This example looked most-promising in my first search, based on how I read 'Screen Capture' and previous good results from sites like this. I'm even thinking how to use the video version separately, now I've seen the example as-is.

### Do you have any supporting links, references, or citations?

[The paired pics in the demo are my particular target:](http://phobrain.com/pr/home/view.html) I'm tired of screenshotting manually and getting excess grey added etc. (Sketch on the pair to get another.)

### Do you have anything more you want to share?

Not a bug, just a tiny but exciting feature request.
