Issue with "Tracking Protection": (applies to standard mode, too)

#### What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?
The screenshot and text say that the blocking of known trackers is only in Private Windows or in Strict mode. However, the screenshot displayed does not match my view of settings at all, where standard mode has this engaged.

#### What did you expect to see?
I expected it to reflect that this impacts Standard mode rather than Private Windows or Strict mode.
