Description

What would you like to see added to BCD

The guidelines should mention that behaviors mentioned in non-normative section generally don't qualify for inclusion in BCD.

Given that there seem to be exceptions (e.g. date picker UI showing min/max constraints), it would be nice to mention that these can added as non-standard features.

How impactful do you think this enhancement will be

Make it easier to triage/handle requests like https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data/issues/28397.
