Description
What type of issue is this?
Incorrect support data (example: BrowserX says "86" but support was added in "40")
What information was incorrect, unhelpful, or incomplete?
the off value is included in the prose with "non-standard, check BCD" icon, but off is not listed in the BCD.
Not sure it should be (does anyone support it?) or if it should be removed from the prose.
What browsers does this problem apply to, if applicable?
No response
What did you expect to see?
either wrap=off after the wrap=hard in the bcd, or no mention of off in the prose.
Did you test this? If so, how?

Research direction
Start with the MDN HTML textarea page and the BCD entry identified by the html.elements.textarea query. Check whether the off value is supported well enough to belong in BCD; done when the compatibility data and the page prose agree, either by adding the value or removing its prose mention.
