Description

In Web API data, we don't include Node.js or Deno data for APIs they don't support (unlike the JS tree). Implicitly, no data is no support. We don't document this anywhere and we ought to.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the Web API data and the related pull request #13919 and issue #12942 to find the appropriate documentation location and wording. Document that absent Node.js or Deno data means the API is unsupported, while preserving the distinction from the JS tree.
