Description

Goal

Create a preliminary CubeSat-like model example to showcase and test new CARRE-driven capabilities.

Scope

This issue should define and add a simple CubeSat-like example that exercises the relevant CARRE-driven workflow and provides a starting point for future refinement.

The initial model should include:

  • A CubeSat-like geometry.
  • One or more representative sensitive volumes.
  • Energy-deposition scoring in the sensitive volume as an initial proxy for downstream electronics-effect analysis.
  • Outputs suitable for later analysis of SEE or related electronics effects.

Acceptance Criteria

  • A preliminary CubeSat-like model is added as an example.
  • The example includes a representative sensitive volume.
  • Energy deposition in the sensitive volume is scored as the initial proxy quantity.
  • The example exercises the intended CARRE-driven capabilities.
  • Basic instructions are provided for running the example.
  • Follow-up needs or limitations are documented.

Notes

This is intentionally bare-bones. The assignee should expand the model details, expected behavior, and verification needs before implementation.
