Description
In some cases you may want to fill a pre-allocated KeyedArray with table data and have it ignore key values that aren't in your pre-allocated array. This might be a nice way to gracefully avoid erroring here when the key indices aren't present?

Start in src/tables.jl around line 134 and trace how populate! handles key values that are absent from a pre-allocated KeyedArray. Define the skip_missing behavior so those keys are ignored without changing the existing erroring behavior by default; done means populate! accepts the keyword and fills matching entries without failing on missing keys.
