Collapse KeyedArray of KeyedArray into a single KeyedArray

function collapse( ka::KeyedArray{<:KeyedArray} )

    data     = hcat(  parent.(ka)... )
    all_keys = merge( named_axiskeys(first(ka)), named_axiskeys(ka) )

    KeyedArray( data; all_keys... )

end
