Description
Currently, we hardcode the port that Opaque SQL listens on in the client. We should make this port configurable, either by allowing users to specify it in the global configuration or through an environment variable.

Research direction
Start in python-package/mc2client/opaquesql/opaquesql.py at the hardcoded listener port on line 24. Inspect the client’s global configuration and environment-variable handling to determine where the option belongs. Done means users can override the Opaque SQL listener port through one supported configuration path and the client uses that value.
