Description
Currently, MC2 Client allows users to upload and download files to Azure blob storage. Users should also be able to remotely delete files they uploaded to storage. We should add a new function to enable them to do so.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by locating the existing MC² Client APIs for uploading and downloading files to Azure blob storage, then trace their Azure resource-management entry points. Done means exposing a corresponding function that remotely deletes a user-uploaded file and verifying it through the existing test or validation path, if one exists.
