Description

What is this?

This is the issue/proposal to create one upcoming-talks.md in speakers directory where every speaker is supposed to add the entry of their upcoming talk in any convenient format that must contain, Title, Place, Date and Speaker's detail.

Why we need this?

It would be handy for anyone to find about the upcoming accepted talks.

Research direction

Start by checking the speakers directory and its existing Markdown conventions. Add upcoming-talks.md there, with entries that include the talk title, place, date, and speaker details; done means the file exists and provides a place to find upcoming accepted talks.
