## Acceptance Criteria
- Debug, Info, Warning, Error, Fatal and Critical level severity logs are impemented
- Debug Severity can be disabled by passing a flag when initializing logging API
- Filename, Line Number, and Function name for each log is added to the log buffer that is to be displayed in standard out and syslog
