Close modal And open another modal

Here is my code. If I close an existing modal with coverScreen={true}, it is not able to open another modal with coverScreen={true}. It is working if both props are coverScreen={false}

Reproduce the issue with the two Modal components and the payment() sequence shown in the report, using coverScreen={true}. Trace how closing modal2 affects opening modal_orderSummary. Done means the second modal opens reliably after the first closes, while preserving the reported behavior when coverScreen is false.
