modal closes on pull when fit to fullscreen

Description
I have a requirement for fullscreen modal,but the weired thing i notice is that if i have the modal as an scrollview or even an normal view and scroll it down from the top of the screen, the modal moves down closes.
Please help me such that the fullscreen modal doesnot close.
