Downloads only play offline with airplane mode

Describe the Bug

I checked for this bug and the closest similar report was a while back but not quite my issue, apologies if I missed a duplicate. The player will not load any downloads unless airplane mode is active, simply disabling wifi will not work. Seems to be trying to search for stream instead of reverting to offline play. The downloads are there and work but only when during airplane mode, it just seems to be something going on with any other offline playback. Steps to repeat don't matter, if I cut wifi off, if I leave the area, if I disable the connection from my phone, all result in an indefinite loading screen while it searches for a connection. Airplane mode will work as expected, load my downloaded playlists and songs and play them normally.

Steps to Reproduce

Have no wifi
Try to play song
Nothing loads
Turn on airplane mode
Then it works and loads

Expected Behavior

The application to load downloaded playlists and allow those to be played

Done means downloaded playlists and songs load and play without a connection, without requiring airplane mode.
