[PC] Audio stuttering at the beginning of crossfade transition

When the crossfade feature is enabled, the incoming track stutters or cuts out during the first moments of the crossfade transition. After this initial period, the song plays normally without any audio issues.

The problem appears to occur specifically when the next track starts during the crossfade process.

Steps to Reproduce

Enable Crossfade in settings.
Play any playlist or queue with multiple songs.
Wait for a track to transition to the next one using crossfade.
Notice that the incoming track's audio stutters or briefly cuts out at the beginning of the transition.
Expected Behavior

The next track should start smoothly and blend with the current track throughout the entire crossfade period without any audio interruptions.
