Description

Verificar que un usuario esté vinculado a un barrio ANTES de enviar una solicitud de cambio de rol.

Opcional: Es posible agregar el campo neighbourhood en estas solicitudes, de forma que el usuario sólo pueda cambiar de barrio enviando una solicitud. Si se opta por hacer esto, se puede automatizar una solicitud con dicho barrio al registrarse, para actualizar el rol a Vecino verificado para facilitar el trámite.
