Description
https://eoakland.oaklandnet.com/ is not serving pages anymore and old versions are not saved in web.archive.org. Consequently following the tutorial is difficult because it's hard to see if the lack of results I'm seeing are because I've made a mistake or there's a problem with the tutorial (e.g. version drift. A function that was present in requests module 3 years ago is no longer there or doesn't work the same).
It would be good to find a new site to use or perhaps put example pages in the GitHub repo so the tutorial is self-sufficient.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the tutorial's references to https://eoakland.oaklandnet.com/ and the examples using the requests module. Determine whether a replacement site or example pages in the repository can support the existing exercises; done means the tutorial has a reliably available data source and readers can distinguish tutorial problems from version drift.
