Hi,
Just like the subject says, my form do not show after I put the shortcode. My form ID is right.
http://managementsystem.us/mail/s/forms/preview/2 - This is where mautic is installed.
Below is where I want to put the form.

Any help will be appreciated. The site is in wordpress.
