Organize settings tabs and order them

The current disorganized settings tabs create user frustration and hinder efficient navigation through the application's configuration options.

User feedback:

Something I've always found frustrating as well is the organisation of the general config section - on the left the sections seem randomly ordered rather than in the order you'd likely need to do things as a user. Is that something you'll tackle or something we can pick up later, perhaps?

It kinda feels like it's just been added to as and when new features or settings arrive, but as a user you probably need things like the system settings and email more than you need, for example, assets.

Impact

Reordering and organizing settings tabs will enhance user experience, making it easier for users to locate and manage their preferred settings.
