What we need
- Media one-pager including:
- Key messages, 3 supporting stats, short boilerplate
- Spokesperson bio template (50/120 words)
- Event materials:
- Speaker bio template and talk abstract examples (case study, intro to Mautic, community growth)
- Guidance:
- How to request quotes/approval; when to loop in the core team
Acceptance criteria
- Pack provided (Google Doc is fine)
- Clear, consistent messaging aligned with brand
