What we need

• Agenda and outcomes for a 90-minute session:
  • Intro to Mautic and community
  • Live demo: install (or use trial), create segment, email, form, simple campaign
  • Q&A and next steps (docs, forum, how to contribute)
• Assets:
  • Slide outline (12–15 slides) in Canva
  • Demo script with screenshots or commands
  • Attendee handout (PDF) with links/QRs in Canva
  • Feedback form template (could be a Mautic form)

• Clear instructions for online and in-person delivery
