Description

Help countries plan their first annual MautiCamp (country-level community conference). This kit will give ambassadors a clear path from idea to event.

What we need

  • A lightweight guide covering:
    • Roles and responsibilities (lead, programme, ops, comms, sponsors)
    • Budget outline (venue, A/V, catering, swag, contingency)
    • Venue checklist (capacity, accessibility, internet, recording, signage)
    • Timeline (4–6 months) with key milestones
    • CFP template and review rubric
    • Sponsor prospectus template (1-pager) and prospecting email template
  • Deliverables:
    • Guide in Markdown
    • Sponsor prospectus as an editable doc in Canva

Acceptance criteria

  • Starter kit provided including guide and all resources
  • Clear, actionable checklists and templates
  • Alignment with brand and funding guidance
