Description
Help countries plan their first annual MautiCamp (country-level community conference). This kit will give ambassadors a clear path from idea to event.

What we need
- A lightweight guide covering:
- Roles and responsibilities (lead, programme, ops, comms, sponsors)
- Budget outline (venue, A/V, catering, swag, contingency)
- Venue checklist (capacity, accessibility, internet, recording, signage)
- Timeline (4–6 months) with key milestones
- CFP template and review rubric
- Sponsor prospectus template (1-pager) and prospecting email template
- Deliverables:
- Guide in Markdown
- Sponsor prospectus as an editable doc in Canva
Acceptance criteria
- Starter kit provided including guide and all resources
- Clear, actionable checklists and templates
- Alignment with brand and funding guidance
