Description

We want a simple, repeatable guide to help ambassadors run successful meetups. This runbook will reduce prep time and improve consistency.

What we need

  • A step-by-step checklist:
    • Planning timeline (6 weeks out → day-of → post-event)
    • Venue/online setup, accessibility, recording guidelines, CoC reminder
    • Promotion cadence (forum post, 3 social posts, email reminders)
  • Templates:
    • Event description, agenda, speaker invite, attendee follow-up
    • Feedback form and post-event report outline
  • Links to assets: logos, Canva templates, slide deck

Acceptance criteria

  • Runbook in Markdown format
  • Templates in markdown format; links tested
  • Practical, concise, with copy-paste sections
