We want a simple, repeatable guide to help ambassadors run successful meetups. This runbook will reduce prep time and improve consistency.

What we need
- A step-by-step checklist:
- Planning timeline (6 weeks out → day-of → post-event)
- Venue/online setup, accessibility, recording guidelines, CoC reminder
- Promotion cadence (forum post, 3 social posts, email reminders)
- Templates:
- Event description, agenda, speaker invite, attendee follow-up
- Feedback form and post-event report outline
- Links to assets: logos, Canva templates, slide deck
Acceptance criteria
- Runbook in Markdown format
- Templates in markdown format; links tested
- Practical, concise, with copy-paste sections
