Social media post kit (Profile cover image + 10 captions + 5 images) for Ambassadors

Ambassadors need quick, on-brand social posts to promote activities without starting from scratch. You’ll create a small kit of cover images, captions and image templates they can localise.

You can start with two country-level ambassadors: Portugal (these will be in Portuguese) and Bangladesh (these will be in Bengali) and one regional group: Barcelona (these will be in Catalan) - feel free to choose one to start with, because then we can clone each set of templates for the other groups.

What we need

• Create cover images using the templates for their social media profiles (we use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, Mastodon, Bluesky, YouTube)

• Write 10 captions with short/long variants for:

  • Program launch, meetup announcement, call for speakers
  • Event reminder, post-event recap, specific types of events (e.g. community sprint, visiting speaker)
  • University workshop, first-time contributor call, community office hours

• Provide the images required for these posts:

  • Title, date/time (with timezone), location/language, registration link/QR - see https://github.com/mautic/low-no-code/issues/132 for the templates

• Deliverables:

  • Captions in Markdown grouped by platform (FB/IG/Threads/Twitter/Mastodon//Bluesky/LinkedIn)
  • Canva links + exported PNGs

Remember that some languages might be Right to Left, so if text positioning is important in your designs, be sure to cater for both (e.g. clone once completed and make a RTL version which is optimised accordingly)

• 10 caption sets + 5 image templates delivered
• Assets align with brand guidelines; fields clearly marked for localisation
