Description

We want to make it easy for ambassadors to present Mautic at meetups, workshops, and conferences. This task creates a polished, reusable slide deck template aligned with our brand and the Ambassador Handbook.

What we need

  • A 12–15 slide master deck covering:
    • Title (with local language option)
    • What is Mautic? Privacy and digital sovereignty positioning
    • Key features and use cases
    • Community and contribution paths
    • Getting started (docs, forums, trials/hosting)
    • Local call to action (join forum group, upcoming meetup)
    • Thank you and contact slide (QR codes to links)
  • Include placeholders for:
    • Country/region name, language, date, organiser logo
    • Sponsor thanks (optional slide)
  • Provide:
    • Canva template link
    • Exported PPTX and PDF so we can check the rendering

Acceptance criteria

  • Template link + PPTX/PDF
  • Slides follow brand guidelines; text is editable
  • README with instructions for localisation and export

Research direction

Start by reviewing the Ambassador Handbook, programme page, and linked brand guidelines. Create the 12–15 slide Canva template with editable localisation and organiser placeholders, then export the PPTX and PDF. Done means the template link, exports, and a README covering localisation and export are included.
