Create a reusable “Welcome Pack” email series for new ambassadors (3 messages)

Thank you for helping us set up new ambassadors for success. We’ve just launched the Mautic Ambassador Program and we want every new ambassador to have a clear, supportive first week. You’ll create a short email series that welcomes them, points to key resources, and guides their first steps.

• Tone: warm, practical, empowering; short emails with clear actions

What we need

• Draft 3 emails:
  • Day 0: Welcome, quick-start checklist, links to Handbook, drop an email to ambassador-support@mautic.org with username for forum to be added to the private forum category, Slack channel, logos/Canva, reporting form, funding request info
  • Day 3: Tools and assets overview, presentation decks, social templates, event runbooks, where to ask for help
  • Day 7: Submit a more detailed 30-day plan (2 activities, dates, target audience, support needed); invite to next ambassador call
• Format and deliverables:
  • Write emails in Markdown with placeholders: [FIRST_NAME], [ROLE], [COUNTRY/REGION/UNIVERSITY], [LINKS]
  • Include short subject lines and preview text
  • Add a one-page “First 30 Days” checklist (Markdown)

Acceptance criteria

• 3 email drafts + 1-page checklist
• All links tested and listed at the bottom of each email
• Friendly, inclusive tone; concise and scannable
• Includes brief notes on how to personalise and send
